Official Link Builder PRO Review – Is It The Best SEO Tool?

Hey, welcome to my ‘un-hyped’ Link Builder PRO review.

I have gotten early access just 1 month ahead from the owner, Maulana Tasaufi, before Link Builder PRO is launched. Hence, I will reveal the whole functions and features, and also it’s effectiveness in getting you ranked – No hype, only facts.

(Personal note: Maulana, if you’re reading this, and I hope you won’t mind if I’ve talked about some of the things I didn’t like about your software!)

Link Builder PRO Overview:

Okay, lemme give you an introduction of this software real quick. I’m sure most of you have already heard of Maulana Tasaufi. Yup, he’s the one behind Link Builder PRO, and it will be launched very soon on July 13th, 2010. It’s basically a software that:

• Generates link wheels for your money site (yes, automatically, no more typing Captchas too!)
• Submits the URLs of your link wheels to major RSS feed sites (more juice for your linkwheels)
• Auto-pings all the URLs of your link wheels to major blog sites (again, more juice..)
• Social bookmark your money site (push button submission!)

Since you’re already here, I suppose you already realize how powerful link wheels are, so I’m not gonna go further on this.

The ONLY purpose you’re here, is because you want to know if Link Builder PRO really delivers what it promises, and if it’s really worth you paying a whopping $47 every month for it..

From my personal experience after having bought a couple of link wheel building software, testing them for months now (And they were doing a really great job for me!). I’m comfortable to say that I can give you the most ‘unbiased’ version of review about Link Builder PRO as compared to other software in terms of:

• Ease of software installation + setting configurations
• Ease of use
• Success rate of account registrations
• Success rate of article submissions (The truth about a real “automation” software)
• Advanced features that a link-wheel building software should have

I will strip-off all hypes, and give you my best on this Link Builder PRO review, with only facts (also my personal opinions), and screenshots.

First Off About Link Builder PRO Package..

As I downloaded Link Builder PRO, I saw 2 applications that come with the package:

1. Link Wheel Builder
2. Profile Link Builder

Let’s Talk About ‘Link Wheel Builder’, First..

Actually it’s a little incorrect for Maulana to call it a ‘Link Wheel Builder’ because, dang, it’s more like a multi-functioning software to me (it doesn’t just build you link wheels).

Have patience with me, I’ll get to that in a moment.

(Oh, by the way, here’s a screenshot of what you’ll see when you open the application)

As the saying goes – “Looks are deceiving”, it might seem like a VERY simple application to you, but it’s got a boatload of functions that will beat many link building software off the bat, anytime.

And in fact.. It’s REALLY VERY SIMPLE – to use, I can bet money on that.

All I did was downloaded the Link Builder PRO zip file, and extract it to the folder that I want. Then, I can use it straight away, I don’t even have to install anything (Good news for computer newbies, Yay~!).

Then, you’ve seen the interface as above, clean and simple. No fluff at all.

I will bring you through the steps that I have taken from setting up all configurations until I finally submit the articles, RSS feeds and social bookmarking – All using Link Builder PRO. I’ll throw in a couple screenshots for that too.

1. “Article” Tab:

As you have seen on the screen shot above, this is where you paste your written/spun article. I have blacked out the 2 columns where you can spin your “Article Title” and “Article Tags”. Also, you’ll see a major green ‘censored’ area, that’s where I paste my spun article written by my assistant.

Step 1. “Config” Tab:

Okay, this might be A BIT of a challenge for those who aren’t tech savvy. But that’s what the Link Builder PRO manual is for, right? It’s basically outlined a step-by-step plan that you can follow through and input the necessary details.

I mean, look at the screenshot. All you really need is to provide a unique “Website Registration Info” so this application will use the username and password you provided to register for the Web 2.0 sites that you will submit articles to.

Then, follow through the manual and you’ll find out how to sign up for “Hostmyrss.com”, “Ping.fm” and “Onlywire.com” for your RSS Setting.

Note: As for the Captcha Service, you can either choose “Manual Captcha” – Type in the Captcha codes yourself for some of the article submissions and RSS submissions. But if you’re lazy, you can also choose “De-captcher” (which I did) for an auto captcha solving service – It only costs you $2 for solving 1000 captchas! What a steal!

What I Think:

This step seems hard, and tedious, especially if you’re not a tech person, like me. But as said, just follow through the manual, step-by-step, it way easier than I have thought. Took me about 20 minutes to get everything set-up perfectly.

Step 2. “Manage Accounts” Tab

This tab keeps track of the accounts of all Web 2.0 sites that you have registered for. As I’m typing this now, there are already 35 sites integrated to work with Link Builder PRO (Maulana will be adding more as he keeps upgrading this baby – It will only be stronger over time…).

As for the registration of these sites, see the “Register Websites” button I’ve highlighted down there? Just hit it once and it will use the email, username and password you provided in the “Config” tab, and register for all the 35 sites.

What I Like:

It’s really just as simple as it seems. Nothing special. Just as I said, registering for the sites is only a “Push Button Process” and everything will be done for you automatically.

What I Didn’t Like:

Now, I have to admit though, that this software isn’t perfect, I’ve only successfully registered for 31 out of 35 sites (which to me is a good enough success rate compared to others), automatically.

So 4 sites failed to register, but it ain’t that big a deal, all I did was take another 10 minutes, go to each websites and manually registered them myself.

Step 3. Preparing Your Article For Submission

As you have seen on the screen shot above, this is where you paste your written article, or if you want to take up one level higher, you write up a ‘Spun version” article with bracket syntax (So each generated articles will be unique). I have blacked out the 2 columns where you can spin your “Article Title” and “Article Tags”. Also, you’ll see a major green ‘censored’ area, that’s where I paste my spun article written by my assistant.

The interface is very straight forward, nothing fancy at all.

Also, you have 3 option to choose for the way you submit your articles (which gives you a lot of flexibility):

1. Not to form a link wheel between the articles published – Which means the articles published in each directories won’t be linking to each other.
2. Link wheel can be generated accordingly to the Web 2.0 sites as sorted in the “Select Sites” Tab (See below).
3. Link wheel can be generated randomly among the Web 2.0 sites within the “Select Sites” Tab (See below).

IMPORTANT: Now, I know, at this point, you’ll be thinking “Oh com’on… I have to spin the articles myself before I start the submissions?! You gotta be kidding me.. I hate writing!” Yes, I know that, I hate writing myself too.

What I Like About It:

Not only you can spin your article body, you can even spin your Article Title, which makes your link wheels much more unique, and original. Definitely a plus point.

Plus, you now have the flexibility to design different types of link wheels, which *makes your SEO campaigns more unique, & also *gets you to rank MUCH higher as Google loves unique stuff.

Step 4. Submit Articles

Then comes the fun part. All I need to do now is to select any sites that I want to submit my article to, and hit on the “Submit Articles” button at the bottom.

This application will then go all frenzy submitting to all websites while creating a link to one another, hence forming a link wheel (You can opt not to form a link wheel, so the sites will only point to your money site individually, separated from each other).

Again, as simple as that, nothing fluffy.

What I Think Link Builder PRO’s LinkWheel Builder Can Improved On:

1. As much as I wanted to say that Link Builder PRO is a perfect software, but the truth is – It’s not.

I mentioned there are 35 sites that I can submit articles to, but after some time using it, I found out that I’m only able to successfully submit them to around 28 sites, averagely. BUT, having said that, a link wheel that contains 28 high PR sites is already devastating enough, especially if all you do is “Click-On-A-Button”.

(Remember, as I write this review, Link Builder PRO isn’t launched yet, so rest assured that Maulana will be working hard on some minor bugs as such before he puts it up on the shelf)

However, if you want me to make a comparison, despite this flaw, I’d say that Link Builder PRO has a much higher submission success rate than most software I’ve been using out there.

2. Because I’ve tried other link building software, and one of them actually allows me to “Add-In” my own sites (usually WordPress blog sites) to the link wheel collection, so I personally think that it would be another major value added if Maulana can integrate this feature into the upcoming upgrades.

***Step 5. RSS + Ping Submissions (“Link Booster” Tab)*** Very Advanced Stuff…

As the Tab name suggests, this advanced feature will boost the URLs in the entire link wheel even further. Hence, link booster.

First step: I click on the “RSS Submissions” button and this application will automatically take ALL the URLs in the link wheel – turn them into RSS Feeds – then submit them to the 10 major RSS directories above (I believe Maulana will be adding in more directories as he upgrades the software)

Second step: I hit on the “Ping.fm Submissions” button and again, ALL the URLs in the link wheel will be pinged in Ping.fm. If you don’t know what’s a ‘Ping’, it actually means going about all major blog sites in Ping.fm and shout “Hey, I’m a new webpage, and I ROCK, come on, show me some love!”.

Both steps serve 1 purpose that is to enhance the already powerful link wheel, making it now ‘devastating’.

What I Think About Link Booster?

Well, given such feature, I really can’t complain much about it.. One thing though, it’s that I personally know of some RSS sites that work really well, but they’re not included in the software, so I’d perhaps hope to see them coded into the application in future upgrades.

Also I have mentioned, Link Builder PRO is not launched yet as I’m typing this review, so expect to see a more powerful version of it when you get it. Step 6. Bookmarking Your Money Site (“Bookmark” Tab)

Frankly, this isn’t any kick-ass feature that will blow you few miles away.

All Maulana did was integrated Onlywire.com’s bookmarking service into Link Builder PRO. So if you have provided it with your OnlyWire login account, all you do is key in your Website Title & Website URL, then hit on the ‘Bookmark” button and it’s done.

Simple. But beautiful..

What I Think Of This Feature:

Well, what can I say, at least, now I don’t have to load up my browser, login to Onlywire everytime I need to bookmark something. You can do EVERYTHING about SEO in a streamline with Link Builder PRO.

Next Up, Introducing “Profile Link Builder”..

Profile Link Builder is a neat little application that creates profiles on forums, automatically.

After you get all the settings done (will be explained in Step-by-Step details within the manual), all you need to do is to load up the ‘pre-saved forum list’, it’s a list of forums registration URL saved in a notepad, and then click “Start”.

Again, nothing fancy, just a click of a button (Seriously) and this application will go “Profile registering frenzy”.

It takes about 1 hour, or faster if you have super fast connections and browsers.

Next, also the last step is to go to the email you provided, and manually click on the verification links to complete the profile sign-ups.

What I Think About Profile Link Builder

To me, Profile Link Builder is just a side-ware that comes along as sort of a bonus for “Link Builder PRO” package. It’s good, but not great. I personally don’t use it that much. But I still use it in minimal because it shows Google that I’m having different kinds of backlinks (that means you’ll get a higher ranking).

However, having said that, I will also admit that just the “Link Wheel Builder” application itself will worth every penny you pay (Only $47/month can bring you a long way ahead!)

What I Didn’t Like About It

Nothing much, actually. But having need to log into my email and click on each verification links manually to complete the registrations is a pain-in-the-ass. Luckily I have my assistant to do it for me. From what she said, it takes about 15 minutes to finish all the ‘clickings’, so it’s really not THAT hard… just boring.

My Conclusion About Link Builder PRO

Actually, after the longsome review above, I really have nothing much to say. I’ve given my thoughts on what I like and didn’t like about Link Builder PRO (sentences in red). I think I’m just gonna end this conclusion with a few points I’ve mentioned right at the beginning:

1) Ease of software installation + setting configurations

You don’t even need to install Link Builder PRO, all you do is extract it to a folder that you want. Settings are easily done just follow through the manual, really.

2) Ease of use

Very, very simple to use. I’d say it’s a no-brainer software. Along with the manual, it literally cuts off all the figuring for you.

3) Success rate of account registrations

As mentioned above, I personally experience a success rate of 31 over 35 Web 2.0 sites. I manually registered for the rest of them. Piece of cake.

4) Success rate of article submissions

I managed to submit to 28 out of 35 Web 2.0 sites on average, which I think is a very dang good stats comparing to other software out there.

5) Advanced features that a link-wheel building software should have

With Link Builder PRO you not only can create link wheels automatically, you can even enhance the power of these link wheels by RSS submissions and Ping submissions, all with a push of a button!

Maulana even jabbed in a ‘Profile Link Builder’ for you, where you can create profiles in forums to diversify your backlinks.
